I just had my third child in July. I am 28 and 25 lbs over pre-pregnancy weight. I can't seem to lose this 25 lbs and would love some help. I don't feel happy with my body. With my first two children, the weight just fell off. I understand that I was young and things are different as you get older. However, I am unsatisfied with my weight and want to lose 25 lbs!

Im in my late twenties and work at a restaurant so bad food choices are all around me all night. My schedule also forces me to eat a late dinner and not be able to eat regularly throughout my day so I've been easily thrown off course in the past. Which is why I need some more help this time.
