Hey! :) My name is Lisa and I am currently a college student trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have about 10 pounds I would like to lose and I want to do it right! I've gone on diets before and have lost the weight, but I just gain it right back. I want to this 10 pounds and lose it for good!

32-yo wife, mother, college student. Gained 90 pounds over the course of 3 years and don't really know why. I've always been an emotional eater, but it seems to have gotten the best of me lately. I'm not sure what triggered it, but I'll be doing a lot of soul-searching to figure it out.
