39 yr old newlywed mother of a 10yr old. I've always been the pretty girl who would be so much prettier if she lost weight.

I am a married 35 year old working mom of 3. My kids are 8, 7, and 3. I am an RN, and work full time our the local hospital in the Quality Department.

i am 57yrs young. Married 32yrs. 3 grown children, 5 grandchildren. work in grocery store

I am a 29 year old graduate student in Chemistry at UIUC. i am engaged and will be getting married this November. I love to cook, watch movies, read, knit/crochet and hang out with friends. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 14.

I am 20, I am 5'2, and 102 pounds. I have a mom, dad, and three brothers. Plus a sister in law and nephew.

14 years old...I don't diet...I don't think of myself as fat I just want to be healthier and be able to exercise more often I just need alot of motivation

I'm a married 43 year old stay at home mom (if that is what you can call it these days) with 2 children 8 and 3 1/2 year olds. I am really unhappy with my weight (very heavy now) and don't like to go places anymore. I would really like to get fit so I can enjoy life the way I am suppose too.

Student at Brown University planning to go into clinical psychology; I love soccer, running, viola, and anything French.

I'm female, 25y.o. who slips into bad eating/living habits!

I am a teenager whom to this day has lost 44 pounds. I got up to 194 pounds in April, and realized that something needed to change. So, I changed pretty much everything in my life. I now weigh 150 pounds (the lowest i have been in 2 years!) but to be and feel very healthy I would like to weigh 125 pounds. In my family of 7 I am the only one who has changed their life style and it's really hard to feel support from them since they eat so poorly, and so often.

I am 29. Things I really like: photography, travelling, sailing, hiking, martial arts, cultural anthropology, good books and movies...

I am a 35 year old stay at home mom of 4 wonderful, very active children. I have 3 handsome sons that are 10, 8, and 5. And 1 beautiful sweet daughter that is 17 months old. I have issues with food and have probably ever since I was a kid. I have struggled with keeping a normal healthy weight all my adult life. I lost about 35 pounds several years ago and kept it off for quite along time only to gain it back about 3.5 years ago. I wasn't thin before I gained it but much healthier than I am now. I let my weight hold me back from things like enjoying a day at the river with my family. Just don't feel like putting on a tank top and short, shorts. Tired of spending my time thinking about food, my weight and how and when am I ever going to lose it. Other than that, I have a great life with a wonderful family and friends. I just want to live life to the fullest and never to be a diabetic or die of cancer. I feel this is where I am headed if I don't start taking care of myself.

I have run for over 24 years, many of those racing for college teams on athletic scholarship for long distance running. I am the owner of Blonde Runner Health, LLC (http://www.blonderunner.com/) in Utah and love to promote health. I am a certified personal trainer and running and triathlete coach. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle. It can happen even when you have four little children that keep you hoppin'. 5K PR: 18:06.17

I've been yoyo-ing like crazy trying to lose the last 6 pounds, only to sabotage myself and gain 2 - 3 pounds instead of losing the last 6.

46, doing cross fit training, riverboarding, going to try Isagenix. I am strong but don't have the energy I need to work out and play as much as I'd like. I only do ridiculously demanding activities and see a physical therapist regularly.
