I am a college student who is turning twenty this month(!). I love music (mostly alt/indie), drawing, and telling bad jokes. I have a gluten intolerance and pcos, so not only do I have trouble finding food that I can readily eat between classes (or anytime), I also have a fairly difficult time losing weight.

I figure if I don't start now- I'm going to have a harder time in a couple of years when I become overweight.

I'm a 20 year old female, currently in my 3rd year of University for Pharmacy. I have horrible eating habits and should know better since I have taken university level nutrition courses. I just ignore my own conscience. I also work part time at a nightclub so I often don't get done work until 3:00-4:00 am. I'm usually hungry by that time so I overeat and then go right to bed only to wake up feeling horrible. Between work and school I feel like I don't have much time to exercise either.

My names Kay I'm 18 and I live in the UK. I have decided that it is time for a big change! I currently weigh 13stone 2lb and would LOVE to lose around 3 stone. I have struggled with my weight for a while now and have tried to eat healthily before but never stuck to it for more than a few days. This is my turning point I am starting university next year and don't want to be even heavier by then. I want to do this for my boyfriend, family but most importantly myself.

Im a 21 year old college student. I have been overweight my whole life, yet very very active through high school and my first year of college.
I am currently a senior, and the lack of exercise is catching up to me. I put on 15 pounds last semester after I went off the South Beach Diet. I am currently at my highest weight ever, 180lbs.
My weight is affecting my life. I project my self-disgust on my friends, and end up causing problems. I am really hoping to get back to my active happy-go-luck self.

I'd like to say i'm more mature than my age would tell you I am..but I'll let you judge that on your own. I'm in my teens and have been a bit overweight all my life. When I was younger I was put on medication that made me gain quite a bit of weight..since then I've been taken off of that medication and have lost most of it. However, the extra that i've always had has stayed put. I need more of a lifestyle change than anything. I don't exercise very often (vigarously, anyway.) and i'm known to give into my food cravings..but I really do believe that can be changed with the right support.

i'm 18, 5'4, and i'm pretty healthy but i am a ballet student so i would like to lose 10 lbs. i also need to work on controlling my sweet tooth and exercising more regularly.

I'm a 20 year old sophomore in college, so I eat most of my meals in the dining hall. This makes it a bit of a struggle to be a good nutritarian, but I'm doing the best I can, and though I slip up from time to time, I've been good about getting back on track.
