I have one son an i am a stay at home mom , I am not as active as I would like to be. Although still more active than allot of the people i know.
Emotional eater , wine drinker , not happy with midscection and luv handles , thighs are getting bigger . I eat all my calories at one sitting. I am a very busy person and very active . cant find time to get so when i eat i eat allot till it hurts.
