i'm a 22 yrs old female, i recently compleated my Ba. i am the second of three childrens however i am the largest in size.(mind you that my older sister who had a child is atleast 32 lbs lighter than me)

I'm 22 years old. I used to weigh around 135-140 and wear a size 7. But then I got a stressful job and started college. I got into bad habits, like eating high calorie comfort foods in large portions, and not exercising regularly. I now weigh 184 lbs and I wear a tight size 17. I have tried many times to get back into shape, but I've never stuck with it for long enough. I need to redevelop self control and healthy habits.

I am 20 years old, 6'2 and in my third year of University. I am an avid beginner in mixed martial arts, and have been getting pretty good at running lately. I've always struggled with weight, which seems to surprise everyone I tell because I'm young and fairly skinny. All I did was break my strict eating habits when I got home and I put 15-20lb on from the start of September to October. I'm tired of seeing all my buddies pack away fried food & beer every day and keep a six pack, all while doing less exercise than me. My ideal weight is 165lb, which I had while I was doing my MMA training, and I maintained throughout the summer. I'm at 180 now, and I need to get back down before it gets worse. I'm not interested only in weight - I'd be happy to weight 180, only if I have a body fat % of around 10 or less at the same time! My overall goal is to be optimally fit and lean when I get back to University next year.

I am 18 years old (19 in a few weeks) and I am about to leave for college. I used to be 30 lbs lighter and healthier and I am ready to shed the weight and get healthy and happy again!

I am 20, I am 5'2, and 102 pounds. I have a mom, dad, and three brothers. Plus a sister in law and nephew.

I'd like to say i'm more mature than my age would tell you I am..but I'll let you judge that on your own. I'm in my teens and have been a bit overweight all my life. When I was younger I was put on medication that made me gain quite a bit of weight..since then I've been taken off of that medication and have lost most of it. However, the extra that i've always had has stayed put. I need more of a lifestyle change than anything. I don't exercise very often (vigarously, anyway.) and i'm known to give into my food cravings..but I really do believe that can be changed with the right support.
