in 06 i found out that my husband was cheating. that was the easiest 180lbs to lose ever! over the next 2 yrs i lost 100lbs of my own! then in dec 08 i met a really wonderful man! ive now gain about 22lbs back and am starting to lose the self esteem i had in myself 10 months ago! im looking to change my habits before i gain all 100lbs back!
