I started eating healthier Ealier this year and lost 40 pounds. Yeay me, but for the last 2 months i have not lost anything at all. I am going through a seperation with my husband and my son moved back home from the Army late last year to go to college full time. So my plate has been full and i admit my motivation has decreased in the last couple of months. I joined the YMCA today and plan on starting working out at least 3 days a week. My first thing will be a spin class tomorrow morning.
I'm a 20 year old college student hoping to lose a little weight and get in shape.
I'm 43, 175 lbs, 5'4" and looking to lose at least 25-30 lbs by the end of the year I've done it before and I can do it again. I've been for married 15 years and have 3 children:11, 6 and 19 months. It's hard to get the workouts in with the youngest running around like a monkey but I'll have to try my hardest to fit it in. This is very important to me. I'm an older mom and I need to be around for my kids for as long as I can. And most importantly, I need to be as healthy as I can possibly be.
