I am a 24yr old female who has always struggled with weight. Two years ago I lost 40lbs and weighed 140lbs at 5'7" but due to a hectic work schedule and stress I gained it all back plus 20lbs!!! I feel like I have completely let myself down and don't know how I let myself get to this point again.
