. If my groupmates can't answer a question, I usually find great info there. It's also useful if your groups are quiet and you need someone.
GOALS (here's the history):
YEAR: 2005:
My goal, set February, 2005: lose 30 pounds by July 31, 2005.
By the end of 2005, I had lost 27 pounds and kept it there.
YEAR: 2006:
In march of 2006, I was still maintaining about 27 down.
3.10.06 - down.5 27.5 pounds, 3.17.06 down .5 - 28 pounds After 8 months, I was still down 27 pounds total.
YEAR: 2007 GOALS: I'm so excited for this year.
1st goal: to lose 13 pounds by June 1.
4.13 - did not weigh in. My clothes are loose!!! yay!; 5.18: 26 pounds down.
6.8 - 27.5 pounds down
7.18 - after "Eat to Live" and fat smash lifestyle change: 31 pounds down!! I now weigh in all the time.
10.12: 34.5 pounds down! wow. (130.5 today)
11.21 - 36.5 pounds down (128.5 today)
12.16: 39 pounds down (126). Never thought I could even see that number.
"elle's veggie challenge".
Please join me! The challenge is to add a fruit or vegetable to every meal. Update: 4.12 - over the last 2 months I've done a serious overhaul and now have vegetables all the time.
YEAR: 2008 GOALS
I'm officially 126 (Jan 4) and that makes 39 pounds down. I eat a lot better so my goals this year is to have a consistent workout routine, and most importantly, I'd like to enjoy myself this year. I work very hard and find myself having very little fun in my life with the exception of going out sometimes. By fun I mean I'd like to get back to skiing and snowboarding, hiking, getting on the water in the summer, really enjoying the moment, as cheesy as it sounds. I think enjoyment will have a profound effect on my health.
