Am a 66-year-old grandmother of 12. Oldest just graduated college and got a job the day after she graduated. Awesome. I used to teach aerobic dancing (kind of like Zumba) in my 30's. Thought I would never have a weight problem again since I discovered healthy eating around the same time. But here I am. One thing about me, I never give up, so I know I will get this figured out eventually.
