I'm a mother of 2 wonderful sons aged almost 18 and 19. With my husband for 20 years and predominantly a bored housewife!! 5 years ago I was feeling very content with my fitness levels and the way my body looked. In the past couple of years I've found myself in a very lazy place where my fitness is concerned. Enough is enough, only I can fix the way I feel and look so today I'm going to take charge and begin the journey of getting my body back into a state I feel happy with. Ideally I would like to lose 14-17lbs but build a well toned muscular frame. No more making any excuse to not workout and no more sitting drinking wine in the evening. If anyone else fancies taking their body back please come and join me and hopefully we can support each other through the transformation.
