Free Exercise Program That You Can Easily Do At Home

One of the great things about the explosion of video on the internet is the massive amount of free, high quality video that is available.

In particular, there is a TON of fitness, exercise and workout videos available. Some of it is very raw, but there is a new breed of workout program that can literally REPLACE the need for a personal trainer for free.

So what we are doing at PEERtrainer is sifting through the workout materials and selecting the material that is going to give you a GREAT workout. We decided to put this new program together after doing one of these workouts online in my home office.

I walked out to the kitchen and remarked to Jackie that "I just got a better workout in my office then I ever got from a personal trainer."

Luckily we have access to some very talented people in the industry that we work with, people like Blake Kassel, Tom Venuto and Stu Mittleman. These are all people who have both mastered the art of transforming their bodies and also mastered the art of motivating and teaching others to do the same.

And what we are going to be doing is sending you out workout videos and exercise ideas that you can do at home.

You'll also be able to do any of this stuff in a gym as well, but the idea is that people like to do things that cost less in the privacy of their own home.

As with all our programs, we are going to play it by ear. We are also going to break this up into two lists, one for men and one for women. Men tend to want to build muscle and women tend not to. Sorry if that does not sound PC, but that is what people tell us.
