rachelzoe's log comments
I just had to comment on your log today about the "feeling big" around men so not dating them thing--- I totally agree!!!! I dated a guy for a long time (trying not to mind the size thing- he was 120lbs 5'6" to my 190lbs 5'5") and always felt so clumsy and brut-ish around him. It got to the point where the sex sucked and I felt so gross I got even bigger! So based on personal experience- it's great you feel comfortable around these new tall skinny men of yours :) Best of luck honey! So exciting!!!

that was fast.. heh. i wish there was a way to "whisper" without being in a group with you. Speaking of which, if you somehow give me your email address i can invite you to my team/group for non obsessive-lameasses with a sense of humor, ha.
How did you start out with the running... how fast? how many mins in a row? etc. I feel like such a loser jogging 5.1mph for like 10 minutes and being proud of myself, but hey, gotta ease into it... I AM enjoying it though, shockingly! Haven't tried running outside again yet though, that's always much harder...
Not too much has changed, but not 40 lbs lost at this point haha... So many binges in the past few weeks, but i'm starting a new "relaxed" method of treating myself which will hopefully combat that problem...

hi rachelzoe, congrats on all your success with peertrainer! Love your (b)log. I, too, refuse to give up baking and cooking and red wine (and, in my case, SUSHI) as I embark on my own weight loss goals. anyway, you're an inspiration.

hey heather! thanks for the advice....i will look into the abs dvd. i live in an apartment that is way too tiny to practice yoga comfortably, but i can definitely do some ab work on the little patch of available floor. :)

I saw that you have a issue with your ab strength, I just started using a dvd by Tamille Webb called "I Want That Body" (she is the abs of steel lady), well if you ignore the music that workout will get you in shape. They are broken into 15 min sessions and I do about 10 minutes of the abs right now and am seeing a HUGE difference in my abs. Good luck. Take care.

Hello :) I love vinyasa yoga as well. Have you tried Yoga Shakti by Shiva Rea? It is excellent. Hope you have a great day.
