My overall goal is to lose 210 pounds but looking at that is overwhelming and scary. So I am going to break it down.

Current Goal: Lose 50 lbs (313)
Goal Date: May 28, 2010
(1) to exercise for at least 6 days a week
(2) to eat 6 small meals a day
(3) to lose 50 pounds by May 28, 2010
