my goal is to be healthy and strong. I do not need to lose weight, but i need to maintain, be more active and eat healthfully. i have been running on and off for a few years and i want to keep that up. i want to workout at least 5 days a week and do a variety of workouts so i don't get bored. i want to eat a healthy, whole foods vegetarian diet.
FYI: james= my boyfriend of 4ish years. i moved to georgia (from michigan) to be closer to him and transfered to a school about 1.25 hours him. he's a vegetarian too.
