Goal
one treat allowance a week - consisting of red wine + a dinner out somewhere (still health conscious)

training days

3x a week cardio @ 30 - 40 minutes
2x a week (alternating days) strength training

07.20.08 - 151lbs
07.25.08 - 148lbs
09.16.08 - 143lbs
