Description:This is about my current path to finally get again a grip on my weight. Currently I am on a 100 day challenge : can I stick 100 days to a simple diet ? I log my calories daily in CalorieKing on my desktop but also most often take note here of it. What I log here is all what happens during the day in regards to the meals and my diet.

About me:
I am interested in a lot of stuff, am a Graphic Designer, artist, photographer; love to cook, watch good movies and write in my blog. Swiss by birth, American by marriage.


Diets I like:
Weight Watchers - and/or - Eat 1/2 and put the other half back - and/or - simple calorie counting.


Workout of choice:
Currently 3x/week 30-45 min stepping, 1x/week 30 min YourselfFitness! (Xbox360), 1x/week 30-60 min 'FreeForm' (I do any DVD that I want).


My plan:
To stop the yoyo of dieting; get and keep my workout "in" and get into a stable, positive state of being.


I need the most help with:
I'm usually good until 6 pm and totally on plan. But then in the evenings I break down and eat for 3, and when I break down I always find excuses and hate myself after for it. And it is NOT because skipping breakfast, I've tried it both ways.

I've gone out of shape over the past 10 years and from very skinny I went to putting on 43 lb - 30 lb after I quit smoking 7 years ago. Smoking was my 'treat' - too often now food has become my replacement treat.
