Goal
Short Term Goal 1: Get Moving, go back to 163 lbs. DONE-7/10/09
Short Term Goal 2: Keep moving, get to 155 lbs.
Short Term Goal 3: Keep moving, get to 150 lbs.
Short Term Goal 4: Keep moving, get to 145 lbs.
Final Goal 5: Keep moving, get to 140lbs.

Once I get there I may decide to go down more, but at that weight I will feel so much accomplishment as its my pre-children weight.

06/05/09-165.0 lbs.
07/10/09-163.0 lbs.
07/31/09-161.0 lbs.
08/20/09-158.5 lbs.! YAY
08/31/09-157.5 lbs.! YIPPIE--not sure how? Lets keep moving...
09/14/09-159.5 lbs. BOO
09/15/09-156.5 lbs. YAHOO again, dont understand it but will take!
09/22/09-158.0 lbs. damn I dont like the fluctuations at all!
09/28/09-158.5 lbs. not surprising (unfortunately)
10/02/09-156.5 lbs. Yes!

Daily Water Goal: 6 * (16oz per *)
Daily Points Goal: 24-25 pts.
