Mar 15: 148.0 (Hips 39, Belly 32.5) (my coach had to talk me down from the ledge here, but I am staying the course and trusting the process! Inches are more important than pounds)
Mar 22: 146.2 (Hips 38.5, Belly 31.5)

Went through a really rough spot in 2012. I had lost all of my "mojo" and could not stay motivated in any area of my life. I was under extreme stress at work, hormones were all over the place, I wasn't sleeping, I was becoming a serious binge / emotional over-eater and I was a complete overall mess. I was diagnosed with depression near the end of the year, but the meds they gave me did not help and even made things worse but I was determined to find a way out of the hole.
I was introduced to my TLS coach Kim, and with the help of some vitamins and natural supplements I stopped the prescription meds. Within a few weeks I was starting to see the fog clear and I now feel like a new woman... or rather the one I remember being years ago!
Once again I'm ready to kick ass and be that crazy person that runs in the cold and rain laughing as I see cars go by, or that does workouts someone half my age can't handle :-)

I like everything that I eat, but I don't eat everything I like
(or used to like!)
This pretty much involves cutting out the processed crap and eating more "real" food.

Running. Love to run. Love to race. Love to train.
But - actually anything that gets my heart pumping and makes me feel like I've accomplished something is good.

I'm learning to eat like a normal thin person again and loving it!

Staying the course when surrounded by friends and family that think I am nuts with some of the things I eat (or no longer eat!)
Not allowing peer pressure to give me an excuse to eat crap.
