Mix Salba with your food. It seriously defeats cravings. You can get it at the Bulk Barn ( in Canada ) and some grocery stores in the health food section. It also has amazing health benefits. Look it up on the net for more info.

I kept some sort of reminder with me at all times of why it wasn't worth it to overindulge. Whether it was a pix of me or just a card with something written on it, it was a tangible item that I made myself look at before I decided to eat something I knew I'd hate myself for.

Chew gum, drink lots of tea, always have something right there you can reach for that is a healthy alternative to other things in the house. Plan your meals with your most favorite things so you know that you will have something good to eat that will make you feel good, too.
The card or picture idea is a great one, too

Re: Salba poster
I don't know what Salba is, but I don't think there is any product I love enough to post about in four different columns in one morning, claiming to have solved four different problems. Looks like a marketing gimmick to me. I was really hoping the PEERtrainer community was full of people giving honest advice and not advertisers.

don't worry about it, that totally didn't answer my question at all and I can't be bothered to find some goofy thing that I have never heard of so no harm done
-I was asking for personal stories like, "This was my biggest weakness___, but I did ____ to overcome it forever.."
