8/20 I plan to cut out sugar, alcohol, bread, and dairy from my diet for the next 74 days, and win the workout competition between the other bootcampers. I have a cruise the first week of November. Feeling good, looking good, and a little extra cash would all be welcome on that trip!
6/12 My goal for this Biggest Loser session is to need new jeans by the time summer is over! I wear a size 20 right now, and they are a little snug! Check!
