My Goal: |
8/20 I plan to cut out sugar, alcohol, bread, and dairy from my diet for the next 74 days, and win the workout competition between the other bootcampers. I have a cruise the first week of November. Feeling good, looking good, and a little extra cash would all be welcome on that trip!
6/12 My goal for this Biggest Loser session is to need new jeans by the time summer is over! I wear a size 20 right now, and they are a little snug! Check!

I am a fun-loving happy girl. I spent my whole life trying to please other people, and now I am taking the time to go after what I want in life!

Diets I like: |
I love anything that doesn't feel like a diet. I love all foods, and my appetite is smaller than you'd think, however I do indulge in fast food and candy, especially when I am angry or hurt.

Workout of choice: |
I walk every night with a friend, and I also like yoga, aerobics, jogging, and weights.

My plan: |
My plan is to surround myself with people who will hold me accountable and let me call or text when I need emotional support. I know I can do this.

I need the most help with: |
Emotional support. I get angry with myself and I embarrass easily in the gym. I don't want special treatment. I want tough love.
