Summary of Goals: (Updated, May 2007)
1. Maintain body weight at nominally 150 pounds (+ or - 5 lbs).
2. Reduce body fat to point where "six pack abs" are well-defined.
3. Compete in at least one (1) powerlifting meet per year.
4. Participate in at least one (1) 5K/10K run or triathlon per year.
5. Participate in at least one (1) "Century" ---100 mile--- ride (100 KM for "metric" Century) per year.
6. Assist others in meeting their goals
