what kind of foods do you eat.. i find hummus with veg , a small handfullof almonds, cottage cheese, yogurt with fruit.. anything with protein.

mshaw.. when im eating clean . my rule of thumb is minimize anything in a box , or a can.. eat fresh fruits and veg as much as i can. you can still use dressings on salads just order dressing at the sides that way you control the amount .. what I do is dip my tines in the dressing and spear the greens.. less dressing and more taste.. I also make my own sometimes, good job on movement. get a pedometer. it keeps you motivated. you can see how much you moved.
replace chips and such with celery and pb, baby carrots cukes. its all about small changes.. NOT drastic ones, you can do this!



went out and seen step up revolution with two close friends and my mom.. awesome movie.. we did the dinner and a movie deal.. i skipped the rolls and only had four chips of the cheese, cohirizo and chips appetizer. I ordered baked pork loin with Bonita mash and black beans.. no dessert.

we walked old town after that( small amusement park..) and skipped the funnel cakes and ice cream.. got home late and was HUngry.. so was going to have a sandwhich and decided on a small teaspoon of pb and celery

I walked six miles, but still did my glider when I got home..

with TOM being here a very successful day. I get the munchies during that time.

mshaw. 100 pounds., start small.. 5 pounds at a time thats what I did.. broke it down into something attainable

whole fruits and veggies..

loggggggging is key for me. being honest with your logs.. no secret eating. you only hurt yourself when you lie on your logs.
set goals for yourself. failing to plan is planning to fail.. make s MAP =Master Action Plan

be consistent, dont get discouraged. talk to us.. no emotional eaating nothing taste as good as being thin and healthy feels..
