Another nighttime binge successfully dodged! Hung out with my mom instead for a long chat, before I knew it I was exhausted and ready for bed and no longer wanted to stuff my face with whatever sugary product I could get my hands on. So, hooray! Small victories.


workout
No workout tonight, evening was consumed with cleaning and organizing - hoping to have a functional workout space again at home soon!


breakfast
7:30 am - Greens+.

9:30 am - Oikos Greek yogurt with a mandarin orange and 20 oz of water. 220 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.


lunch
2:00 pm - Subway ham salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and Italian dressing with 20 oz of water. 220 calories and 7.5 grams of fat.


snacks
4:45 pm - Larabar and mixed berries with a cup of green tea. 300 calories and 12 grams of fat.


dinner
8:30 pm - PC Blue Menu angus meatballs, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions, with 20 oz of water. 520 calories and 27 grams of fat.
