Get motivated: Exercise and no sugar will make me stronger. At least do it for that reason.
- Exercise (via running or gym) most days of the week.
- Pile the vegetables.
- Limited sugar and flour intake.
- Sleep for at least 7 hours per night.
Treat your body with respect to be healthy and happy. And maintain a sense of balance.

I probably killed my body with yesterday's choices. Okay that was overly dramatic, but I would really like to eat things to make my body happier and healthier.
Only 5 hours of sleep last night. This is not enough sleep for an already sleep deprived person.
Also. My left knee is still bothering me. :/
7-9pm: soccer practice!
- My knee is in pain.
11:30am: Asian salad: cabbage + chicken + almonds + (little bit) chopped ramen + rice vinegar/oil
12 oz iced coffee + (tiny bit) cream
1:30pm: 12 oz curried cauliflower soup
4:30pm: (very) large portion rotisserie chicken, shredded cabbage + apple cider vinegar/olive oil, sriracha
1 serving unsalted cashews + almonds
10:30pm-1am: 1 greyhound
