Goal
Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's (reward @ 130: tattoo). Please?

I started something, if you feel like reading: http://mybuddytomorrow.wordpress.com/

My 21-Day Sugar Detox: December 26th - January 16th (Round 2!) DONE. Though I still might like to follow this lifestyle with adjustments...

Yes - all meat and fish, eggs, vegetables, fats and oils, coffee and tea, coconut/nut milks

Limit - beets, butternut squash, pumpkin, coconut juice/water and kombucha (8 oz), nuts/seeds (only raw) and butters, sweet potatoes/yams, white potatoes, winter squash (acorn, delicata, kabocha), fruit, dairy, alcohol

No - refined sugars, all grains and beans, refined carbohydrates, juice, rice/oat milks, soda, soy, bottled dressing, corn

my notes
I am very proud of myself for being able to bake yesterday and not eat it all at once. I actually have leftovers. This rarely happens.

Thoughts- I did REALLY well today until I got to Mother R's. I now realize why I get so snacky when I am there and even afterwards. Her home is so dark and cold. (She likes to conserve energy to save money.) And we sit there looking at a bright screen for hours, which depletes so much energy.

Feeling bad about myself. Not looking the way I want to look despite many positive lifestyle changes. I haven't gotten all the kinks straightened out yet (i.e. the occasional night eatings), but I have come so far! Why am I not even close to being there yet?

workout
Plan: 9:30am: 90-minute soccer game (w. second team)
- We won! 3-2. I played for maybe 70+ minutes? I can never keep track. Lots of running around.

breakfast
8:15am: Pre-soccer: 1 soft-boiled egg, small portion leftovers (chicken sausage, baby broccoli, red onion), tiny bit black coffee

lunch
12:30pm: Post-soccer brunch w. teammates: 1 over-medium egg, 2 greek sausages, 2 slices bacon, black coffee

- I shared a dish with my teammate and it was PERFECT. She doesn't eat meat, so she got the hash browns and the toast. A little sodium filled, but it was the perfect amount of food.

snacks
2:30pm: salad (lots of mixed greens, red onion, 4 mushrooms, 1/4 kumato, shredded chicken, lemon pepper w. drizzle o.o.), 1 little coconut "bread" slice w. little bit raw honey, butter + sliver goat's milk cheddar

- I was craving something green!

dinner
5:30pm: Football @ Mother R's: lemon brussels sprouts, LOTS of baked salmon, small piece purple yam, 1 bite sweet rice w. coconut sauce

9pm: snackings @ home: handful dried apricots, too many spoons natural unsalted peanut butter, unsweetened chocolate, couple bites baked salmon, handful raw walnuts, tiny piece coconut "bread" w. butter

- I was exhausted and feeling bad about myself. Sigh.
