Goal
With losing 5 pounds this week I'm going to lower my daily points to 31 from 32 just to be on the safe side.

TOTAL LUNCH: 13 points

cup of coffee = 2 points


dinner
healthy choice dinner = 8 points
rice pudding = 3 points
TOTAL POINTS: 31 :)
