Goal


my notes
I have gained about 8 pounds since I last logged, and many of my pant's don't fit. i should weigh 110 - 112. My goal for now: 112. I usually lose quickly if I stick to the Cheat System. I plan to log every day and stick to my plan: Cheat System and no C's: candy, cookies, cake, crackers (except AkMak), chips, popcorn, ice crream. Limit nuts! Very little sugar.
