Develop healthy eating and exercise habits that I can stick to for life.
November 11, 2012: I need to lose about 25 more pounds. My biggest challenge is that when life gets either busy or stressful, my best-laid plans seem to fall apart. I want to eat healthy, but also to exercise regularly, both strength training and cardio.
long walk through the neighborhood and out on the woods path for about an hour (several miles)
baked beans
scrambled tofu
baked tortillas and guac (I think)
