more pool time and extra workouts
Barbell weights in the morning at least 3x a week
eliptical trainer 2 x on weekends

back and leg exercises, try to take walks at lunch but weather and work have not made it possible

mixed green salad with salmon low cal dressing

baked sweet potato, grilled chicken breast and apple chutney
