Day 2 summary: still having cravings,but im not giving into them. Resisted chips.
Showed up.to my zumba toning class to.find out my.instructor is in the hospital. Not sure whats wring yet. She is suppose to teach our sat class too.hope shes.ok. our exercise director showed up .she had a sub for the zumba class and her car broke.down. .guess zumba wasn't meant to.be tonight.she taught a jazzercise strength class.part dancing.part weights.lots of lunges squats dancing.some kick boxing just a mix of different things. Lots of fum high cardio drip sweating session.
Got in my 10 k steps on my fitbit and my 100 squats.im ready for a hot shower..tomorrow is gym day.no.class .
