Goal
Upcoming running events:
2/28 - Phoenix Half Marathon AZ - my birthday!
These are not decided, but possible half marathons:
3/14 - Scottsboro, AL
4/25 - Blairsville, GA
5/9 - Paducah, KY
5/30 - Medina, OH
...and then a 5k in CO sometime in June
...maybe my 29th marathon in the fall
January 2016: Orlando, FL Disney half marathon

Done:
36 5ks in 19 states
23 10ks in 18 states
29 half marathons in 22 states
28 marathons in 28 states
(15 State "Bingos")

Today I am traveling - I have a layover in Houston. Let's see if I can get home this time!


workout
Yesterday I got 20,000 steps, thanks to a 4-hour walk. I sure appreciated the weather that is fit for human habitation. I need to remember this so that I appreciate it when it comes to Kansas City, and I get out and run.

I'll think about healthy eating on my first day back.

I ate two oranges for early morning breakfast, and I have a package of Wasabi flavored almonds in case I don't get a chance for more breakfast before getting on the plane.
