I am doing a "Lose the Bird" challenge (Lose weight equal to the weight of your Thanksgiving turkey). My goal is to lose that last 13 lbs, and I'm giving myself 130 days (Oct. 14, 2015 through Feb.21, 2016). That is 1 lb every 10 days, which will require a calorie deficit of 800 per day.

Scale reading is up, but I'm about where I was a month ago. No gain, no loss. Today will be a busy day at the airport, and I am working an extra long shift.
