Goal
I am doing a "Lose the Bird" challenge (Lose weight equal to the weight of your Thanksgiving turkey). My goal is to lose that last 13 lbs, and I'm giving myself 130 days (Oct. 14, 2015 through Feb.21, 2016). That is 1 lb every 10 days, which will require a calorie deficit of 800 per day.

Running Events Done:
37 5ks in 20 states
24 10ks in 19 states
32 half marathons in 25 states
28 marathons in 28 states
(17 State "Bingos")

my notes
April was a terrible month for my weight. Trend weight went up 2 lbs. But yesterday, I had a 766 lb calorie deficit. If I can just make THAT a trend, I'll be back on track again.

I didn't make my step goal of 13,000, but I got over 10,000.

workout
Goal: 13,000 steps. (If I'm at 4 or 5 thousand when I get to work, I can do it easily. But if not, I'm usually sunk. As soon as I get home, I'm a potato.)

breakfast
7 am: Banana
F&V allowance: 200

9:15: oatmeal 160
