I want to stay under 150, and preferably under 140. I'm still chipping away at my 50 state running project. Now the travel is getting to be the most challenging part.
Cancer has put a temporary detour into my roadmap, but once I'm out of this mess, I'll be back to my 50-state running project. I'm thinking about a marathon in Hawaii in January 2018.

Tomorrow is my mastectomy, so I probably won't post until Thursday. I took today off, and I'm going to get some things done - clean the bathroom, rearrange the furniture, etc. I also plan to order some uniform pants in a larger size so I can gain weight to grow boob fat for the reconstruction.
I've done really well at the resistance training. I've done it every day without skipping. And my muscles are nicely sore as a result. For the next few weeks, I'll count the post-surgical exercises as my exercise, and I'll try to increase my walking so I'll be ready to go back to work.
