Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Busy day


workout
none really except a couple of short walks at work


breakfast
cinnamon cereal with light almond milk. jasmine tea


lunch
small ww pita with mustard, lettuce, turkey and light swiss. green apple, orange pepper


snacks
small orange and a banana, tea. almonds and golden raisins


dinner
white bean kale soup with veggies. 1 coconut/meriguine cookie. and orange.
after the lecture small bowl of cinnamon cereal with light almond milk. prunes
