Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
ate too many sweet potato chip....


workout
25 mn walk at lunch- brisk


breakfast
1 slice gf bread with almond butter- banana


lunch
gf bread with cheddar cheese and delii ham.... ( I know 3 days in a row :)) red apple and a carrot


snacks
almonds yogurt with ginger syrup. sweet potato chips


dinner
spinach, burger, maple mustard and cheddar cheese. sweet potato chips
