Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

More yucky weather!!!


workout
walked 20 mins at work and 25 mins at home


breakfast
cereal with blueberries and milk


lunch
open face ham and cheese with mustard on gf bread. iced coffee


snacks
iced coffee and pecans. fw handfuls of gorp


dinner
brown rice with veggies and black beans. raspberries
