Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
not as cold today


workout
will try/ ended up doing yard work not a traditional walk


breakfast
yogurt with coconut and a banana with a drop of syrup. coffee with cream


lunch
chicken with butternut squash, cauliflower with parm cheese


snacks
2 pieces of cheese and ginger. apple with pb.


dinner
squash and cauliflower with parm cheese. red wine
