Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Our anniversary today.... I did walk but ate too much


workout
Walked this morning over 1 mile


breakfast
Veggie and fruit smoothie with almond milk and chia


lunch
Ended up going out with co workers. Burger without a roll side salad. Cheese on the burger and ice tea


snacks
Almonds and ice tea


dinner
Rum drink. Lobster Rangoon with sauce. Grilled halibut with pesto sauce and pasta. Lemon cake with blueberries and ginger ice cream.
