I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Ended up going out with co workers. Burger without a roll side salad. Cheese on the burger and ice tea
Rum drink. Lobster Rangoon with sauce. Grilled halibut with pesto sauce and pasta. Lemon cake with blueberries and ginger ice cream.
