Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Day off today :)


workout
Walked 2 miles this morning. Will do yoga later this afternoon


breakfast
Veggie smoothie with chia seeds and banana with almond milk


lunch
Spinach salad with grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes with balsamic dressing and sunflower seeds


snacks
Pecans, blueberries with coconut flakes. Small red apple with almond butter


dinner
Sweet potato homemade chips. Salsa with celery. Chicken
