I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

2 eggs scrambled with chicken sausage and green beans with avocado. Green tea
Tomato soup from the restaurant and ginger potato chips(bag).
1 square of dark chocolate, red apple and small bowl of applesauce. Couldn't stop the craving for the popcorn. Made 1/4 of a cup with just cooking it in the coconut oil.
Leftovers- pool, green beans and sweet potato. Splash of white wine also. Few prunes.
