Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Another good day.


workout
Walk 11 mins. Yoga and meditation.


breakfast
1 egg scrambled with veggies, sweet potato. And bacon. Green tea


lunch
Chicken with broccoli topped with fresh mango pineapple salsa. Baby scoop of mango sorbetto. Very refreshing. A little treat.


snacks
Tea. Prunes


dinner
Hamburger with sautéed veggies, and sweet potato. Unsweetened applesauce
