Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Day 3. Feeling more on track. Will make good choices.


workout
Yoga 30 mins.


breakfast
1 egg and 1 apple chicken sausage


lunch
Gf pita with avocado and balsamic dressing. Cucumbers and ham. Apple with sun butter.


snacks
None


dinner
Turkey burger with rosemary and broccoli. Few carrots and 1 glass wine at book group
