I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

Gf pita with avocado and balsamic dressing. Cucumbers and ham. Apple with sun butter.
Turkey burger with rosemary and broccoli. Few carrots and 1 glass wine at book group
