Goal


my ultimate goal is to someday compete in a bodybuilding contest

THERE COMES A POINT WHEN YOU HAVE TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND START MAKING CHANGES!!!!!


my notes
im on a roll and i feel good and motiated an in control - at least for now


workout
walk outside for 1 hour


breakfast
1 egg, onion, oil, 2 c water


lunch
chicken salad with mayo and veges, 2 c water


snacks
2 c water with protein powder and glutamine

tomatoes, mozzarella, 2 c water

middle of the night - 8 oz yarlsberg cheese -( i think i will pay for this tomorrow on the scale)


dinner
shrimp, sauteed with oil, garlic, zucchimi

ni and lemon juice, 2 c water
