Goal



I would really love for last year's jeans to fit come winter!!

How can days feel so long but the months and years race past so quickly. Every choice counts; the trick is to make good ones more often than not.


workout


breakfast
Decaf, sausage muffin


lunch
Chopped salad: kale, chick peas, avocado etc


snacks
4 pieces of halloween candy.


dinner
Refried black beans with cheese, HM spanish rice and a handful of fritos crumbled on top. Yummy Friday night treat.
