Hi Paulina! I wanted to pop on and say hello to some of my PEERtrainer friends. I miss you guys. I went MIA for awhile and I just wanted to explain myself since I was booted from our groups. I thought I was battling about a month long bout of my depression and anxiety medication medication not working, but I just found out yesterday that I'm PG! I really miss you guys so I thought I'd swing by. Any openings in the groups I was in?

Do not give up on exercising. Start again tomorrow and stay possitive. Maybe you just had a setback, but DO NOT GIVE UP.
