Goal
Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's (reward @ 130: tattoo). Please?

I started something, if you feel like reading: http://mybuddytomorrow.wordpress.com/

Yes - all meat and fish, eggs, vegetables, fats/oils, coffee/tea, coconut/nut milks

Limit - beets, butternut squash, pumpkin, nuts/seeds (only raw), sweet/white potatoes, winter squash (acorn, delicata, kabocha), fruit, dairy, alcohol

No - refined sugars, all grains, beans, refined carbohydrates, juice, rice/oat milks, soda, soy, bottled dressing, corn

Eating a bunch of food, even the good-for-me kinds, is still eating a lot of food.

my notes
Oh geez. Moderation was not on my mind yesterday. I ate about 3 slices of gluten-free chocolate cake and it made me feel very sick. It really made me appreciate the Paleo, sugar-free lifestyle that I am mostly accustomed to.

workout
walk to bus stop/dim sum place - 35 minutes total

post-dim sum walk home: 95 minutes/6+ miles

- This helped my overly full state.

walk to + from bus stop/sushi place/coffee shop - 30 minutes total

breakfast
10:15am: Dim Sum! A lot of miscellaneous, non-Paleo food items. Plus 4 fried sweet rice balls. I was filled to the brim. And then some.

lunch
12pm: couple sips black coffee

snacks
2pm: Movie: Just a bunch of water to help my systems out.

dinner
5pm: Cousin's boyfriend's Japanese birthday dinner: 10 pieces sashimi, seaweed salad, 5 pieces salmon fish roll

7:30pm: small piece homemade carrot cake (no frosting), decaf coffee

9:15pm: @ home: handful raw macadamia nuts, 5 unsweetened chocolate chips, 4 raw brazil nuts, small portion baked salmon, peppermint tea

- I was feeling a little sick post-cake and was trying to make the feeling go away. I think the salmon was the food that made me feel better here.
